"Booked a barrel to be sent to an international transhipper. Paid online. Barrel got picked up, arrived at international shipper who confirmed the weight and size. MONTHS later received a bill from C H Robinson for an amount 5 times the amount I had paid online when I filled out their paperwork to book the original order. They claim the barrel was overweight. Sent the confirmation of receipt by the transhipper showing it weighed exactly what I said it weighed. They said ok. MONTHS later received a statement saying they would send the outstanding $1300 bill to collections."

"As far as CHIEF Robinson in general I think they pay OTR drivers with their owns rigs far to little but this location is full up on friendly staff who help the drivers keep the big wheels rolling. They get you in and out quickly."
