"By far the worst customer service and AR department I have ever dealt with!!! They misallocated funds and said its my problem.. I've proven they have cashed the checks and they continue to ask for the money. Be weary of the fraud this company commits!!!"

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. No one ever picks up. My shipment never showed on schedule and no one called me. Then they told me the truck was full. Then they said the next day. The next day came and went and NO ONE called me. So I called the following day and they said well you never made an appointment. Are you serious?? You canceled my delivery because the truck was full and I was suppose to call to make an appointment. That’s your job! This company absolutely sucks! Never again! Anyone associated with this company! Do not hope to get your delivery on time. Expect it a week later.."

"Very unprofessional as a trucker's wife and experience. We drove from orlando to Tforce miramar location and it sucks. The workers hang out smoke, one worker and another girl was outside hugging Another girl and said we had to wait. Needs serious management over night."

First call agent couldn’t track it computer problem Second call agent stated send back to warehouse the forget a lift to move the part out of truck Third called agent promised to call me back NEVER did. "Absolutely terrible service. I got a phone call from a woman (I think her name was Maria), making the delivery appointment. Not only was my package a full 24 hours late (I cancelled appointments because of this), I had NO way to check the status. I called and they couldn’t find my order. THEN the delivery driver called me from my parking lot and tells me he can’t bring up my package (which was a SOFA by the way), he could not help me bring it up or let me borrow his equipment. He drops a FULL pallet in the parking lot of my apartment complex and leaves. It would have been nice to be told that I would need help. Literally the WORST delivery service EVER. 11:30 in the morning in Florida heat and I’m lugging up an 84” sofa in boxes completely by myself. Absolutely ridiculous. UPDATE: I cannot figure out how to reply but I am FUMING right now. I am being assessed a $200 fee by my HOA because of this. Tracking no 48491995. I’m seeing that this reply you have has been copied and pasted over your MANY negative reviews. I do hope that you take responsibility this time, otherwise, if I am Fined because of YOUR negligence, I’ll be seeking legal action."
