"Save yourselves trouble and avoid this store at all cost! On Friday dec 1st, my wife and and I bought a pair of glasses here. The clerc never bothered to tell us about ongoing promotions. We learned about the promotions by visiting the Aventura mall Oakley store the next day, on dec 2nd. This store was super professional and very nice to us. So we went back to the Lincoln road mall Oakley store in the evening on dec 2nd . The clerk lady was nice and willing to help but she had to talk to the manager who said no. Not only did she say no, but when we asked to talk to her, she refused, saying that she was off, and not working. Unfortunately we had a plane to catch early next morning, so never got to go back another day. I don’t know what kind of store has a manager that refuses to talk to clients! If I would be the store owner, I would really question myself about that manager that was on call on December 2nd in the evening. Lots of negative emotions with this experience, I would really avoid this store and go shopping Oakley elsewhere."

"My wife bought HOLBROOK Prizm model as a present for me less than 2 years ago but didn’t keep the receipt. I filled a warranty claim because lenses are peeling off (pics attached) but they don’t want to stand behind the product referring to the fine print. I offered to send them back so they can check the authenticity of the glasses and replace the faulty lenses but they don’t want. Think twice before spending more than $200 for a bad product and total lack of customer service."
