"I shopped at Party City today and they had serious computer issues. We waited a long time to check out. After checking out our receipt did not print and the manager Helena had to go on the back and print it out. We waiting another good 10 minutes before she came out. When walking out of her back office we were standing there waiting and she came storming out yelling at us that it took time to do! I was with my little girl or I probably would have communicated similarly. Just wanted to put it on record that Helena their manager is extremely rude and cannot handle pressure. There. Now I feel better!"
