"Mark Doherty remember the name before booking, Due to a lot of ice put on top of the box on the pickup we couldn't see how frosty it was and everything was fine and that's it When we got to the delivery, we had to go and put it together again, and then the broker paid, and when it was time to pay the factoring, He sending emails that the pallets had fallen, that they had tipped over, due to driving was not safety transport. This is a picture when we first arrived for delivery."

"It has been a couple of months since I took a load for this company. I spoke with a rep when they dispatched the load to me. I answered his questions. Not 30 minutes later, another rep calls to ask the same questions. I informed him that I had already spoken with someone and I’m resting while I’m being loaded. That’s when the conversation turned. He got rude, extremely rude. He told me I am going to answer his call, I am going to accept tracking and I’m going to answer whenever they called about the load. Then hung up on me. Then, “reported” me to my dispatcher and I was told they didn’t want me pulling loads for them anymore. Which I was fine with. But for you to try to report me after being rude with me, that was the kicker. I wish I had his name, but I don’t. He sounded like a younger guy. If you pull a load for this company, be aware that you don’t have a choice but to answer calls even when you’re resting. And please don’t say anything or else. Make sure you get names so that you can report them if this particular rep treats you badly like he did me."

"I've just hauled two loads for these fine folks. First was from Stevens point Wisconsin to Laredo Texas and then Laredo Texas to Atlanta Georgia. My experience has been nothing but awesome. First I work with Michael Morrell and then I worked with Jacob Markiewicz. I don't know how other people have had any kind of problems with this but I know what I've done and I performed and these people have been nothing but super nice. They had asked at our trailer be clean and odor free which is very much certainly understandable but my company, Yulivan Carriers goes above and beyond and we had our truck hand scrubbed and acid washed."
