"This company stood me up for a delivery for Friday. Office staff said they were on their way driver will call. No call or show. I had scheduled installers based on that delivery. These people are a joke. They were the ones who called and placed day and time of delivery. Delivery was prepaid so they don’t care one way or another."

"I thought ,after reading the reviews, this would be a horrible delivery. Nope, the gentleman was very nice and we had a great conversation about dogs while he brought in my pallet of vinyl plank flooring from Home Depot. I don’t know the drivers name but he was a older black gentleman who delivered to Labelle on 4/25/23. Thank you for a good delivery Sir and AAA."

"First delivery scheduled for Friday - no show, no call. Second delivery scheduled for Monday - no show, no call. Third delivery scheduled for Tuesday - no show, no call. Every evening I had to call to ask why delivery did not take place. They promised me to call me Wednesday morning 8am to let me know about delivery that day - no call. After I called around 10am that day, I am being told that delivery is not until the next day. And who knows if it will be delivered. Absolutely worst customer service!"

"I would leave zero stars if it was possible. AAA Cooper in Fort Myers does not follow delivery instructions from Home Depot. They will not deliver to your home many times and simply drop the item at a random store. They provide no notice that the delivery was made to the store and not your home leaving it up to the customer to track their item down. This is despite the fact that over $100 was paid for home delivery. The excuses vary from "Oh it was a mistake," or "the truck can't make it down your street," which is a lie, and should not be an excuse for a professional trucking company. If you need goods shipped, and you want to keep your customers happy, I would not use AAA Cooper if I were you. All you are going to do is create bad will with Your customer base. Management of the Fort Myers operation needs to be changed. I filed a complaint with the better Business bureau which was ignored by AAA Cooper. I give this business my absolute lowest recommendation."

"Totally unprofessional, disrespectful, unreliable, discourteous and plain rude. Scheduled a delivery for 9-12. Foolishly, I trusted and relied on them. Never showed. Never called. When I called them already 2 hours late, the attitude was “we deliver whenever we damn well want to.. your time and schedule don’t count— we couldn’t care less about you…” Driver finally called at 3:35 —3.5 hours late. He yelled at me with all kinds of nonsense about “traffic” when there was none. And.. he wasn’t there to deliver— he just called to say he might drop by. Claimed he was nearby and didn’t show! Disrespectful shameful attitude. Awful people."
