"Driver was rude when we told him we didn't have a fork lift then, when I pointed out that our delivery hours were 8am-4pm (he was delivering at 7:20am) he became even more rude. Finally, as he left he told us he hoped we had a bad day. Unreal. UPDATE: per the company’s response, I submitted the info via their website and nothing came of it. They just respond to look as if they care, they don’t."
"Ordered our equipment over 45 days ago. The company we ordered from said the shipping company picked it up weeks ago, Estes said they tried to call. Finally bugged them enough to call us and deliver the product. They refused to put our equipment inside the house (okay, fine) AND inside the garage - despite the driver saying he could put it in the garage. Instead, his manager told him in Spanish, to leave it where it is. It's currently a 1,000 pound package left in the middle of our driveway for now the installers to figure out how to move (even though this shipping company had it on wheels). They scrapped my entire driveway as he was dragging the back end of the box with its metal edges. Extremely disappointed in how this company has treated a $6,000 purchase."
"I am so upset and with this review hope to steer anyone away from a business that does not deliver what they quote ahead of time. However they will collect tye money and product and hold it until it works out for them to drop it off. NOT AT ALL EXPRESS -the name does not match how they treat their customers. I have my daughters birthday party and am awaiting 20 guests. I ordered 20 chairs and 2 large tables and was quoted 795 dollars. We were told a week prior that the order will arrive by Wednesday. Once they picked up my furniture they emailed me that I need to schedule an appointment for the delivery. I made that call and was told that nobody is available for a whole week past the original date I scheduled. I was in shock!! My baby's birthday is happening where now? Does your company even care about people or just collecting people's money? I've called 3 times today and finally now have to hire a separate truck of my own and drove down to Estes Fort Myeyers to pick up my order MYSELF in person because nobody seems to care about us or what they told us they will provide for a 800 dollar fee for only a 3 hour trip. Please save yourself the trouble and look anyone else that will provide this service. Believe me you will place your order and you will think that everything is going well until you get that email. I am sincerely disappointed and absolutely will NEVER EVER USE Their services again. Buyer please stay away!"
"if I could rate less I would. The most horrible delivery experience ever. Even worse called to complain vecause the delivery person lefy the packake on the driveway under the rain instead of ubder the roof on front porch and the person who answered the phone said that the delivery didn't anything wrong. They are a nationwide company that doesn't care about customers satisfaction. This is my package. Horrible delivery and customer service experience, but I going to complain with the seller as well."
"I have exhausted all avenues and have given Estes-Express multiple opportunities to make this right. I submitted the claim the very next morning after shipment was delivered damaged and many missing items. Someone reached out to me 3 months later wanting to examine the damaged/missing freight. I brought the damaged pallets back to my warehouse where they still set to this day for Estes to set up a time to come inspect. Had I left the pallets in Miami, they would not still be there. Estes insures their freight but it does NO good, you get denied for "lack of evidence". We photograph all freight before it leaves our warehouse plus we have multiple survelliance cameras on site. Unacceptable, we would never treat our customers this way, ever."
