"I never got to do the surveys from the receipts as I’ve lost both. But I had to leave my 5 star review for this location. Lilly and the rest of her staff are absolutely fantastic. I went in completely frazzled and unsure what to get for my event. Lilly helped me the entire way through. I cannot thank her enough for helping make my life 100x easier. They all deserve a raise!! And bonuses! This location is stocked and very well kept! If I could give 10 stars, I would!"

"The customer service experience at this place was truly disappointing. I had ordered a balloon arrangement, but to my dismay, they grouped all the balloons by type instead of creating a mixed arrangement. When I tried to address the issue with the agent on the phone, she displayed a bad attitude. I asked for her name, only to be hung up on. My subsequent calls were met with being placed on hold and even getting voicemail. Adding to the frustration, they also missed including two balloons in the arrangement. Despite reaching out for help and expressing my concerns, the lack of response and follow-up was extremely disheartening. It's clear that the issue wasn't taken seriously. I even tried to escalate the matter to the manager, but my attempts were met with silence. All in all, this business's customer service and overall experience were far from satisfactory. I won't be spending my money here again."

"My go to for all things party related! On my last visit, I had called around looking for a megaphone- which they did have! Once I arrived, I was greeted by 3 different employees working around the entrance. I went to the check out counter and asked where the megaphones were. Yolanda immediately came around and escorted me around the store and showed me all of the different megaphones they had. Once I picked one out, we went back up front and she rang me up. I was in and out within 5 minutes! Always an amazing experience, but this was the best so far!"
