"Have used them for several years. They cost me over $100,000 in taxes by bringing my product in under the wrong tariff code!!! Rates are not competitive but the worst part is there customer service. The delays in the communication between origin and here are days if not weeks and will delay shipping ETAs. Had to endure additional charges back to my vendor from the port due to THIER delays. On EVERY load we have gotten from them we have had them do the palletization and not once have we received a container where the product is properly done as advised with dimensions and pictures (product upside down, backwards, and loaded the wrong way on a pallet). They have loaded trucks with ALL the pallets facing the wrong way so you can not get off the truck. They have delivered several trucks right to our location without palletizing. As a small business we can not unload 600 wheels and palletize. If you are a small business they will treat you like less of a priority. Don't get involved with them. Learn from me. There are many others out there to choose from with good service."

"Be Careful doing business with this company and Freight Quote. They have a sales representative that uses a bait and switch to get your freight and then alters documents and re-bills you at a much inflated rate. This is a pattern that is endorsed by both CH Robinson and Freight Quote. BEWARE!"

"Re: Recruiting and Interviewing process: Following the 1.5 hour interview I was assured someone would reach out to inform me when a decision on the position was made. It was made very clear that within 7 business days I would be contacted. The only positive takeaway from visiting was the office is that it is fairly nice and modernized. On the 7th business day I reached out to the recruiter whose phone immediately went to voicemail. I left him a message and sent an email and waited 2 more days. At that time I left a message with the company secretary who assured me the recruiter would get my message. That day I also contacted one of the interview team who was confused why the recruiter had not been in touch with me. Another 4 business days went by with no returned call or email from anyone. I again tried the recruiter whose phone again went directly to voicemail (obviously ignoring my call). I then again called an interviewer who also ignored my call. Eventually, I reached another interviewer who informed me the position had been filled. Have some respect for your job candidates and contact them when a decision is made. The entire process proved an extreme lack of professionalism and common courtesy, which unfortunately is becoming the norm. My message to candidates is good luck, because after paying for parking and waking 1/2 mile in extreme heat, and a grueling 90 minute interview with people in shorts and polo shirts, the recruiter will ignore your calls and emails, and you will likely end up losing 3 weeks of valuable job searching time while awaiting a courtesy call that will never come. This lack of professionalism has to stop."

"Worst case of Customer Service I've experienced in 25 years in this business. NO regard for Trucks or Customers, ESPECIALLY IN THE TAMPA OFFICE. If you haul a load for these "people" you are certifiably insane. Pay your bills, CHEAP AND HEAVY ROBINSON. ONLY reason for 1 STAR is because they don't have NEGATIVE INFINITY STARS."
