They have newer trucks, and also takes a great care of their equipment (they have own truck wash, mechanic and tire shop). Management is very knowledgeable and reliable to help and answer the phone 24/7. Offer lots of miles, stable salary between $2500 to $3000 every week. If one day I decide to go back on the road, Farias Transportation will be my first call for sure!"

"terrible company. they don't pay miles in full. constant downtime and also do not want to pay for detention. Average you can drive only 4500 miles per week( team )! most of the trucks are in terrible technical condition. unprofessional dispatchers. !!!! UPDATE!!!!! 03/06/2023 they answered me below but told a lie. I worked for this company for 23 days, not 6 as they indicated. also, my partner and I drove 14,690 miles. I have proof of all of the above. Also in 23 days I changed 4 trucks, the first one had problems with antifreeze, I bought it on a truck stop, on the second day this truck lost power and did not go more than 55 miles. the next track had an air leak, they replaced it for us. after the rest, they again gave us a track with an air leak, without fixing the problem, then also replaced the track for us. also, drivers from this company told me that it was waiting for help for about a day, parked on the side of the road in winter with the engine turned off. also they don't pay the detention bonus coming up with different reasons told me by other drivers from this company. also they never had soap in the drivers toilet. the only people who work there are mechanics and a car washer. also after their response I corresponded with them and asked them to pay me the remaining salary and edit or delete the answer, but they did not do this, so I am updating my review."
