"shipped a parcel from US to Kenya with Acess US Shipping which turned into myusa.com that was actually sent through Fedex. The shipment has now been held for 3 weeks at customs (which I realize is out of all shippers hands) although I feel this is not the entire reason. I was given wrong information time of shipping by customer service rep. I wanted to cancel booking and re-book using actual weight and was told no need to do that and any additional fees would be billed to me on same form of payment used. I never received any bill or correspondence. Three weeks later, the recipient has had to contact Fedex in Nairobi and submit all types of forms, tax id's etc to release shipment plus pay $90 fees ($30 being a clearing agent fee other than Fedex) I feel some of the excess is for balance of shipping and agent. Regardless, I tried to contact customer service via chat to inquire and they have no record of shipment. Bottom line is it too 10 days to reach Nairobi (international priority) and it is still sitting pending for 2 weeks now. Don't risk using this service as customer service no help at all and wrong information at time of shipping contributed to some of these fees. BTW the package was valued at $70 cost $45 to send and $90 to release (and yes granted some of that is customs duty, but not all) A nightmare for recipient. UPDATE: THAT SAID I used parcel hopper again to Kenya and it was perfect and will use again most likely as they really are the cheapest I found. The above experience may not have been entirely their fault. I was really upset when wrote and it was a big mess on the Kenya end."

"Their customer service is terrible. They make costly mistakes of not giving me correct info or completely neglecting to follow up. I once had supplements stopped in Mexico. The didn't warn me of the possibility and when I asked them to get a return label back to them they said that it was much more expensive and they would get back to me and they never did. Another time I tried shipping to Peru. It took several go-arounds with customer service to figure out that they were not able to ship to that address. The interesting thing is that DHL offers a way to programmatically access this info but they haven't built it into their platform. The final straw that has sent me over the edge with them is the fact that I shipped in a supplement from China. It passed US customs and I was going to forward it to Colombia. Before I could do that they decided that it didn't meet FDA labeling laws because it was in Chinese. Shockingly, the didn't let Colombian or American authorities decide this, they decided themselves. The supplement was recommended to my partner's father. Then finally, after checking in on some info while while writing this review, I found out they deleted my account because I threatened to "burry them in paperwork". I can't even reset my password and my support ticket went unanswered. Management is terrible. Customer service is terrible. Everyone is terrible and unethical. - Bonus feature, one time I had 3 packages waiting in the suite and I turned on "autoshipment". They packaged them in 3 different boxes instead of consolidating them by default which inflated the cost by $60."
"Great service until they jacked up their rates! Was a customer since 2005 and always had a good service and good shipping rates too! Customer service was good until they got bigger and were behind on replying to emails. They use a street address and will provide you with a personalized suite number for your mail. Be careful about you order as some items will not be accepted such as liquids and spray cans that had to be returned to sender!"
