"Update 1-19-2024: latest package to Lake Shore Dr outside Pierson FL dumped in the dirt again with rain soaking the cardboard box, not in any plastic wrap, out by the public Road. We are afraid to switch to Walmart who is using FedEx because at least Amazon is using UPS drivers who have no trouble finding our covered porch. Pictures of rain soaked box available. UPDATE 1-23-23: Last few deliveries have found our house after speaking with several reps who are working on mapping systems. 1-17-23 Update: Walmart package for daughter's birthday sat in Sanford hub for 4+ days with someone claiming "delivery exception" for Lake Shore Dr. outside Pierson, FL: "business closed" when delivery is to a 24/7 residence! Neighbors report similar falsehoods out of Sanford where we have to complete the deliveries ourselves. Original: Horrible customer service. Neighbors and I have tried repeatedly to get packages from different centers delivered accurately to Lake Shore Dr. outside Pierson FL 32180 and drivers repeatedly send to wrong addresses. Their customer service blames it on shippers or "wrong" addresses despite the fact UPS and Kroger's and Amazon and other drivers have no problem. We have asked Walmart and other shippers to avoid FedEx for this reason. There is no accountability and FedEx hides behind a terrible automated phone system where they believe one size fits all. Tried to tell their customer service rep who I finally reached that there are three Lake Shore type roads around Pierson and ours is the only one with higher house numbers and spelled as two words. They said they cannot note any corrections for their drivers and there are no supervisors available despite me giving him a tracking number as an example of a misdelivery by FedEx. Instead, they deliver valuable items to complete strangers and pronounce it delivered After they arbitrarily pick a different address to drop the package at, or sometimes force you to drive to a Dollar general to complete their delivery for them. This is not what made America great or helped FedEx become a successful corporation until recent years."

"I waited outside in the cold for 4 hours the expected time that I was supposed to get my delivery that time came and passed even an hour and a half afterwards I was still waiting and that was for standard."

"Last Saturday I've noticed that the package I was waiting is marked as "delivered" when in fact it was not delivered. I called the office, a person took all info and said that they will try to find it ASAP. Next day (Sunday) the package was delivered to my door. Thank you so much for a quick correcting of this mistake. I appreciate it."

"I'm outside at 9:30am and the FedEx truck pulls up. I was glad to see it because I ordered a radiator and wanted to put it in early. Well the driver told me it was to much on the truck and he would have to come back. Five hours went by and still no delivery. I didn't get the delivery until after 3pm. I guess all other houses were more important than mine."
