Prime Inc. Auburndale, FL Yard

"This yard is great to have, especially in Florida where truck parking is basically imaginary. The bathrooms are clean and air conditioned which is a huge plus in Florida. You can clean and wash your trailer on site which is super nice. My only negative is the guy who works the gate at night. Told him I was going to bobtail out to take care of some things. It was about 1730 and he asked me how long I was gonna be gone. I told him 2 hours and he proceeded to tell me that was too long and then told me to be back before 2100. He must think he is my mother! So just beware, if you bobtail out they CANNOT tell you to be back at a certain time. You have a life to live outside of your truck too. Otherwise the man running the yard during the day time is awesome!"

"Prime has owned this yard going on 10 years now at least as long as I've been driving for them. Prior to 2018, this facility had Porta potties, but at least there's an air-conditioned trailer now for bathroom needs. However, the lot is still tiny and a dirt lot. So don't come here with a freshly washed truck, and don't expect to be able to drop an Mt trailer if you live near here at all times, especially near holidays. There's a prime employee who lives on site and does intake for all trailers coming in. Make sure you bring in trailers with full fuel, or you'll be turned away, especially if you're dropping or shuttling. Honestly, if Prime can secure permits and space to pave a brand new training lot in Pittston PA, they can afford to do it here. As busy as this place can get, at this point, they just don't want to for whatever reason."

"Nice little yard and nice to have somewhere to park in an area with little truck parking. Could desperately use better bathrooms though. The stall is barely wider than my shoulders."

"I live in Florida and I dropped a few loads and mt trailers here before heading to home time guy who runs this is okay sometimes he’s super cool and sometimes kind of rude just depends on the day I guess. Dirt lot a lot of space if you get unloaded late and need a place to park the Loves and the rest area on I-4 will be full so you can head here and park without a hastle. Code is PRIAU1"

"This place is absolutely amazing. Every time I come here the staff is so nice they treat me like family easy parking. I’ve never had any issues coming here. You can also get trip sheets and COM data checks. I absolutely love it here. Prime tries to go over and beyond to make sure that their employees are in safe facilities when they’re resting up or trying to find parking."
