"Make sure you always search up companies DOT numbers. This company has a fatal crash accident due to negligence on equipment maintenance to stay safe and compliant. Note: Eligibility was never a concern. You scheduled me for a last minute Pre Employment test. When i arrived to a short staffed facility and had to leave due to an immediate family emergency upon checking in; you submitted false information to Clearinghouse which led to a violation. Said violation has since been appealed and removed from record. I have my own truck on the road as an O/O."
