"Worst company to ever work for they don’t care about their drivers at all right after training they gave me a truck that was leaking oil like crazy a trailer that didn’t have a liner in it so I wasn’t able to do a lot of the loads. I wrote my truck up as soon as I got it for leaking oil and the mechanics don’t fix it and kept it for like a week all they did was add oil to it. But they are sure to call you when you have hard brakes or if you touch your phone and threaten to suspend you or fire you I never made a paycheck over 600 dollars. If you have a family to maintain like I do I’m just trying to save you some trouble please avoid this company if you can."
"I work for a company that uses cft and this is by far the worst time management logistics I've ever seen.... poor If I could post negative stars I would. Some of the dumbest individuals in Florida, it would be nice to have people that can follow directions and not do as they please. They dump where ever they please and don't care that you have places blocked off. They'll dump in between the blocked off area. Pure trash Jesus christ, even after a month these people still continue to do as THEY please. TOTALLY GARBAGE This is the "I don't care" service this company provides.... So, for all you CFT Drivers who "DONT CARE", now I don't care. So you come in, dump, and flop your trailer, that's your bad. Have a great career! Losers Another perfect example of how this company DOES NOT CARE about there customers.... Totally sickening It's as if management seems more worried about how much money they can stuff in there pockets instead of hiring dependable employees with common sense and knowledge. Nothing will change till u fix YOUR problems..... Just never ends.... I first wanna apologize that it came to the previous review it it did, BUT, After a conversation and setting standards the company has been very accommodating. Keep up the good work."
"At hwy 44 & rock crusher road, driver came up so fast next to me to “merge” and he just pulled over and had I not run up on shoulder he would have driven on top of me, then immediately had to slam on his brakes to avoid rear ending car in front of me, you could smell the tires and brakes. Unfortunately could not find a truck number. But this was at 8:15 in Crystal river. Driver is a menace"
"Tracy doesn’t know how to treat their drivers, seen good drivers come and go just because the way she is , if she keeps working like that, she’s gonna be the reason why this company will disappear, keep your drivers happy you are getting paid because of them. :)"
"I'm very disappointed! 6 months 2 trucks, and they would never fix the ac. Took me out of one truck without working AC and put me in another with no AC. Perry and Mark in dispatch knew about it. Tracy even knew about it. Even the morning dispatcher knew.. nothing was ever done. So by 12 on Tuesday, I ran 4 loads, went to the yard, and cleaned out my truck. In 2019, they were a lot more caring about their drivers. I would no longer recommend employment at this company. I regret going back to them and upholding my word to Tracy. I told her in 2020 when I quit (I gave my 2 weeks). If I got back into trucking, CFT would be the first place I go. I did just that. I regret that decision! They don't fix trucks and wonder why their DOT SAFER SCORE IS IN THE 90S! (Lower is better, the lower the score the safer the company is) 90% is atrocious! In the last 3 days, I ran I t was with a trailer that had 2 broken welds on the axle. It was written up for 4 consecutive days! Nothing was ever fixed! Charle, the shop manager in Bellevue, said he didn't care because the welds that were broken didn't matter (they matter to DOT).. that there was a solid bar running under it, and he didn't care about my AC because they won't fix his AC in the wrecker! Honestly, I can see his POV, but that's no excuse! Well, I guess you live and you learn. On another note, since they switched to the new camera system, I never had a single call about cell phone, following distance, hard breaking, or using restricted roads. Tracy did call me 1 time because I looked down for 2 seconds, but I quickly fixed that. Nothing ever heard from management again! But it was perfectly clear that management didn't want to hear from me. Im truly disappointed in the way this company."
