"I wanted to order a travel bag from a company called Calpak, but they do not offer shipping to Canada. I was hesitant to use this company because I had just been scammed by a fake website selling "Calpak" items (luckily my bank reversed the Visa charge) but I was desperate for this bag. I went ahead and am so glad I did! The service was reliable and when I received my item in the mail there was even a sticker of a photo of the owner of My US on the box, stating that my item was packed with care. I will definitely use this company again!"
"Adding my personal experience here to balance out the reviews. I've been a MyUS customer since 2018 with little to no hiccups –packages received and shipped within an expected, reasonable timeframe. I've also used their MyUK service, and customer support on that end has helped me in hunting down my parcel which was wrongly labelled by the sender (sender gave the wrong suite number, so I can imagine the trouble logistically to locate it while in the middle of moving their UK facility). One feedback I have is that you need to be extra careful with your shipping settings so you won't end up paying more by accident or default. Learnt this the hard way when I first started using them, but I also believe it's our personal responsibility as consumers to properly understand the services we signed up for. Pro Tip: To avoid obvious delays, shortage of support and potential problems due to year end rush & volume during the holiday season, shop and ship early in advance lol"
"If I could give this service zero stars I would. I have talked to their chat customer service no less than 15 times this month. This service used to be good. NOW IT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. You cannot contact anyone except through the chat. Two of my packages went missing and they took 19 days to ship. When they were both finally in my suite I requested they be shipped. They still haven't shipped after 5 days. Now they are saying that one of the packages in my shipment was lost so they shipped the other one with out it and I have to pay to ship the second one seperately. They say they will email you but they never do. No one on the chat is ever helpful. They offer empty apologies and bad service. STAY AWAY! I will be cancelling my account as soon as I finally get my packages."
