"After scratching, losing, damaging and generally abusing my beloved Oakley sunglasses over the past 2 years, it was time for a well-earned visit to the Oakley store during my first week on vacation in Miami. A quick train ride south down to the Dadeland Mall found me in my favourite store where I was pleasantly welcomed by a young man by the name of Jaret. Once the store had emptied of the customers, we had the opportunity to talk serious Oakley product range, including where I think the clothing range as lost its way stuck in a 90’s time warp still brandishing large logos over most of their casual wear which feels so outdated now for such a high-profile brand. I am happy to offer my reasonably priced consultation services to Oakley to get you guys back on track, as I have a plethora of ideas the first being reduce the size of your logos on your products. The only way I am wearing that 120 point font is if you pay me for full sponsorship rights! There is pretty much nothing apart from my trusty baseball caps that I buy in store now and even those with the subtle lettering and logo are getting harder and harder to find, why oh why Oakley, time to get with it. Putting all of that to one side Jaret was phenomenal and not only found me Prizm Black lenses for my scratched Fuel Cells, but also sold me a great pair of Sylas Black sunglasses to add to the secret collection I have going on. This is a typical Oakley store with poor apparel, advertising and marketing which has not changed since the 90’s and beachwear which would not look out of place in an early episode of Miami Vice. The only saving grace in Oakley stores are their amazing well-designed sunglasses which have continued to be the go-to standard for street cool, and the fantastic customer service. PS: When valued customer take the time to leave feedback (positive or negative) and reviews, it should as a minimum receive a response from the brand/store representative."

"Store associate had to order a pair of glasses because they weren’t in Stock. They were ordered and shipped to my house. Order never arrived and was sent back to sender. I contacted Oakley customer service and they told me there wasn’t anything that they could do that it was as to be handled at the store I purchase my glasses from. Today I go to the Oakley store in dadeland mall and was told there isn’t anything they could do. Then they told me the glasses were out for Delivery and then proceeded to tell me they would be delivered august 20th. This is insane. the physical store and customer service said they aren’t liable. Worst customer service"

"Super helpful and military friendly. Ryan helped me out and even told me about the heavy discounts us military folks get. I ended up getting this heavy duty duffle bag that looks like it will last +10 years!! He even gave me this Veterans pin and was down to earth, highly recommend to shop here for Oakley gear, I know I will be back soon."
