"My issue here lies with Jen Mennet, the accounts payable manager.. or something along those lines. I called her with a pretty neutral attitude. She then proceeded to say " I explained this to you the last time we spoke." First of all, that's rude as hell, explain it to me again then because I CLEARLY don't get it. But moreover, what was most shocking is that I let her know I have never called her, nor asked her about this shipment bill. She proceeded to tell me "Yes you did" and I said "No, I've never called or inquired about this bill." and she AGAIN said "YES YOU DID." I told her she must've spoken to one of my employees and she said "whatever, that's not the point." No Jen, now my issue is not with the bill, it's your attitude. Don't use this company if you want good customer service or guarantee that your shipment will arrive for a tradeshow you payed $20,000 to be at. And bless you if you end up with Jen. This is just the most recent scenario. There have been multiple. She loves to be rude!"
