"A trip from Downtown Miami was well worth the journey just to visit the Oakley Vault located in the Dolphin Mall, after scratching, losing, damaging and generally abusing my beloved Oakley sunglasses over the past 2 years it was definitely time for a refresh. On entering the store, I was met by the charming Fabio who along with the rest of the sales team were very professional and friendly making us feel very welcome in their store, always a good sign. I along with my partner started looking at their range of clearance sunglasses which gave Fabio the opportunity to assist me in trying on a few pairs before selecting a very nice set of Matte Black, Polarized Crankshafts. We then looked at the current range and after the patience of a Saint and the honesty not common in sales personnel, Fabio and my partner gave me honest feedback on which ones looked good and which ones were just not my style. There was no pressure from Fabio and I found two great pairs of Oakley’s which were on their buy 1 get one with 50% off, a great pair of SI Ballistics Det Cord and Turbine Rotors. Oakley’s are not cheap sunglasses, but you definitely get what you pay for in life, you don’t go shopping for a Fiat in the Ferrari Dealership! These are great sunglasses and I have been wearing Oakley’s for decades and it is great to see that the great level of service and products are being continually delivered by the new generation of Oakley staff, thank you Fabio and the Oakley Vault Team, absolutely first-class service."
