"I have a high performance kaabo wolf king gt electric scooter that I dropped once, messing up a rotor, then later I left it in the rain in my truck bed, compromising the wiring. Both times these guys went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready to ride, and quick. They went way beyond my expectations for turn around and pricing! I’ll continue to bring my scooter there for service, as long as I’m in the area. Even if I had to pay hundreds extra, I can’t imagine anyone better to buy an electric bike from."

"Buyers Beware! I visited this bike shop in March of 2023 to look at an electric trike that I was interested in. I took a test ride and liked it but was concerned about getting service when repairs were needed. I did not think it would fit in my car and the sales girl confirmed that it would not. I was very clear about this and did not hide anything. I also do not own a truck nor do I know anybody personally that has a truck. The sales girl asked me to wait a moment while she went to talk to the shop owner. She came back and said they could do a pick-up and return service when repairs were needed for $30 each way, with parts and labor being separate. I said I could live with that and I purchased the trike. Since then, I’ve had a couple of minor issues and lo and behold, they don’t want to come out and pick up the bike as promised. Instead, they want me to send pictures via text message and then play around with text messages back and forth while they try and tell me how to do the repair myself! None of this was ever mentioned to me prior to the purchase. I was simply told they would do a pickup and return for $30 each way, period! It’s clear that they have no intention of keeping their promise to me for a pickup for repairs and so I’m stuck with a bike that I can’t ride, plus I’m out the money as well. He took advantage of a 69 year old woman with very strong mobility issues. This shop owner literally lied for the purpose of making a sale. This shop’s website boasts about old fashioned service. I wonder how much you have to spend at Pedelec-SQB in Punta Gorda to get this old fashioned service. I spent $3655, but I guess that wasn’t enough."

"Before you buy an electric bike online or somewhere else consider this: We purchased two Malibu electric cruisers from Phil at Pedelec Electric Bicycle last year. We have thoroughly enjoyed using them all around Florida and in Georgia. While we have found the bikes to be of excellent quality overall, we discovered corrosion on the front fork shocks on both bikes after a few months. When we brought this up with Phil, he immediately agreed that the parts needed to be replaced under warranty. He worked out the warranty issue with the manufacturer, ordered the new forks and installed them without question. Swiss Quality!"
