"Not worth it, they cram you on to a small boat with too many passengers and little seating. Not to mention when you book the tickets with the box office they speak little to no English. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone and heard the water taxi in Fort Lauderdale is a better experience with stops along away for the passengers to indulge. This one does not!"

"DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. The employee selling tickets lied to us about what was included in the trip. She said we could hop on, and hop off all day, an unlimited number of times. FIVE seconds after we paid, she immediately said we could only go to Miami Beach and back once. I wish we read the reviews before we purchased tickets. This company and its employees lie to get your money. There are other options for getting on the water, and some of the other companies are cheaper!"

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WATER TAXI We boarded the boat for the return trip. We were the first people to board and the guide/boat assistant told us to move to the 5th row, he said the first rows were closed. His fellow Cubans got on the boat and filled up the first few rows. I called him out on it and he said, anyone can sit there. You just might be get wet. Mind you we rode on the second row going for the first leg of the trip I saw the people tip him. It made me feel bad to be discriminated against, and yes I agree with another review I saw. The ride doesn’t care to those of which English is our first language."

"Very calm and scenic ride. Water Taxi was a great way to experience the harbor and get across the bay. We bought the roundtrip tickets from Groupon, hopped on at Bayside MarketPlace and return trip from Miami Beach Marina. There was no hassle.! Overall an enjoyable ride with family. We loved it and would highly recommend it if you haven't experienced it before. Thank you !!"
