"I've shopped here twice since COVID, and each time the associates went out of their way in terms of customer service. They were super friendly and always waiting to help. When COVID first started, I placed an order for balloons to pick up (which was very easy) and I live about 40 minutes away. Their corporate were closing stores early (and immediately), but they stayed open for an extra minute or two to retrieve my order and brought it to the store. Very grateful."
