"I recently went here to get last minute decorations for my son’s birthday. However I was unsure of what we’ll do. So I asked the lady at the register to not blow up the balloons until I picked up, just in case I needed to refund. It was the end of her shift and she did a really good job relaying the message to her team members. Came in today to return the items, and the team did well with communication making sure not to blow up the balloons. There was no confusion at all. Thank you so much."

"The stuff that I dealt with was great. Store's not that bad. But the parking on the other hand is terrible."

"It's pretty rundown inside. I was eager to leave. Looked at their Halloween selection for decorating and didn't think the quality matched the cost. Examples - a cheap but shiny looking gold skeleton was 99$. The white skeletons had screws and bolts showing and sticking out. They had an animatronic for five hundred dollars that was nowhere near as impressive as the 12 foot skeleton for 300$ I purchased elsewhere. Definitely will not return to this location."

"This store has lots of supplies and they are reasonably priced. Sometimes during the busy season, it can get a little chaotic there probably because kids play with so many of the decorations. Lots of fun birthday themes to choose from and tons of balloons available. Wish they hadn't started charging for weights for balloon centerpieces, but overall it's a pretty decent place for party supplies."
