Party City

"I ordered two balloon bouquets for my daughter's Sweet 16. I paid extra for balloon bags when I picked up the bouquet. I've ordered from here before and ordered balloon bags before and every time, my balloons still floated up even with the balloon bag. When I went to pick up my balloons on Dec 21, I questioned them because the balloons, which were in the bag, were laying on the counter. I told them that normally the balloons float even with the balloon bag. The manager reassured me that it was just because of the balloon bag. I pulled 2 of the balloons out and they seemed ok, so I unfortunately took her word for it. When I got home and took the balloons out of the bag, 3 of the 6 went right for the floor. Only 2 of the balloons actually looked like they had helium in them. The following morning, all 6 of my balloons, which I paid $20 for PLUS a balloon bag were laying on the ground as my daughter walked out for her birthday. What a disappointment. I would not recommend buying balloons from this location."

"Small. Only 2 aisles of costumes. Not a lot of variety in party supplies, either. The one in miami, now, you can spend a good 2.5 hrs going thru store, they're so well supplied in costumes and party supplies. This particular store was a huge disappointment. Not worth the drive from Deland."

"Balloon kit partially inflated, then they wanted to charge me to inflate the missing parts or the kit, then I asked for the manager and the manager is taking forever. I had to go with the balloon kit partially inflated. Not good, however they have a better selection than the Altamonte Springs store."
