"Paid $180 for a “limousine” to pick up from airport, wanted to do something fun and nice for the family. After calling and waiting for 20 minutes outside for our pickup, an outdated transport van showed up. We were told to load our own luggage in the rear door(which is fine but unexpected) climbed aboard the dirty bus and watched as our luggage got soaking wet from the ac drain draining on them. After a stop at a grocery store the driver decides to go shopping on his own. Waited another 10 minutes outside in 95 degree weather for the driver to wrap up his shopping to unlock the bus and take us on to the destination. Needless to say we ubered back to airport in a really nice uberxl for less than $50.00. Not worth it folks. After a call to the office, of course no callback."
