"I don't even give them a one star. They were supposed to pick up my sister and told her they would be to get her in 30 minutes. They never showed up and then they blocked her number after 2 hours of her calling to see what was going on. Also she only called 3 times in those 2 hours. This was supposed to be for her to have time with her daughter, because right now she is having an issue with being able to get time with her right now."

"We hired Blue Bird taxi service to take 6 of my family members to a restaurant for my sisters 80th birthday party. KEITH, our driver, showed up right on time and we all piled into the mini-van. The trip took us about 30-40 minutes. KEITH was absolutely WONDERFUL. He was funny and we loved his driving and sense of humor. By the time we reached our restaurant we all felt like KEITH made the birthday evening complete. We asked him if he was going to be picking us up, but he didn’t think so. When we exited the restaurant we looked at the same van we had arrived in and there was KEITH! We couldn’t have been happier! He was by far the best driver ever, and the Bluebird team had made the reservation and payment so easy we have made them our go to company for transportation. We will always ask for KEITH as our driver!"
"I had the best experience with Cecil - Car 260!!! What I thought would be a painful morning due to my 7 am flight turned out to be a lot more pleasant with Cecil as my driver. His sincerity and kindness was so refreshing. I worried that I would be short on time since I had such an early pickup time (5 am) but I was so relieved to have Cecil arrive 30 minutes early! I could not recommend him enough."
