"Took in a stack of DVDs about 8, they were only interested in two very old ones, and only paid me $0.50. this place is making a killing,, cheapest DVDs are $4.99. folks you can go to the library and buy CDs and DVDs for about 50 since cents each."

"I really love this place and I come here a lot and will continue to come here, but today there was a box of blu rays that were still being priced and I asked the employee pricing them if it was okay if I just looked through them, half expecting him to say no, but he said it was ok. I looked through a little bit and tried setting aside what I had looked through so I could continue and he got weird and took the bit I’d looked through away from me and said “we’re not doing that” and put it so that I could no longer look through that box. It’s not a big deal but I just wish I’d have been told no. I really do love this place, their prides and selection are great. I got 2 soundtrack records and a blu ray for $15 which is fantastic.I just feel sometimes a few employees could be a bit friendlier."

"This sound exchange is very well stocked, staff is friendly, and, informative as well. We dropped off a large bin to sell, and, they were very busy, but, still very kind. They didn't end up taking anything to buy, but, I still had a nice time browsing around the store, and, also the thrift store which is right next door. I ended up buying two pairs of jeans, and, a vintage magazine from sound exchange for my art. Great experience. Great store in the heart of Tampa."
