"I have been a Big Daddy customer for 4-5 years now, but that is over. This company was great at first and, sadly, I recommended them to everyone. Shipping was fast, their selection was unmatched and the website was great. Fast forward to the beginning of 2023. I would order items and they would not ship for weeks, customer service over the phone ended, only to be replaced with "send us an email" and they revamped the website and failed miserably. Having said all that, the last straw was when an item I ordered went over 2 months without being shipped. I emailed them a request to cancel my order and they sent me a Credit Memo. A couple days went by and the money never credited back to my account. I have contacted them multiple times at this point, I always include the credit memo # and order #, but they never respond. BEWARE, this is a piece of trash company who does not believe in taking care of their customers."

"If I could give zero stars I would! This company is a joke! They take your money and never give you what you rightly paid for! I've called several hundred times now and sent at least a hundred emails and nothing no response you guys straight suck!! And I don't care about your automated response that ima get like oo sorry we are busy please email us like screw you just refund my money you freaking joke to the 2A community!!"

"They stole thousands of dollars from me and are now ghosting me. I ordered NVG from them in October hoping to have them to give for Christmas. By May I still did not have them. I canceled the order then, which they promised to give me a full refund for in 5-10 days and have still not received it months later. I’ve called three times about it now and they promised to call back each time which has never happened. Will not be ordering from them again. Not worth the hassle. After they responded to my google review I reached out AGAIN and still have not heard anything. It has now been 9 months since I originally ordered and 3 months since they promised to refund me."
