"We hired them to pick up my wife, her mom, aunt and myself to take us to Tampa Airport. During the booking they asked if we planned to tip, I said I normally do and they asked me to leave a tip (prior mind you) for the driver. Like I mentioned, they asked us to pay in advance, so I did. Fast forward to day of service. They were a NO SHOW, took forever to get someone on the phone. When I did they said the driver was in my driveway, funny thing was, so where we!!! After a lengthy conversation, their driver somehow had the wrong address given to him by his supervisor, so we ended up having to drive ourselves to the airport so we don’t miss our flight. Once returning I spoke to them and they said they would process a complete refund. THAT NEVER HAPPENED !!! So I filed a dispute on my credit card. According to my credit card company, they tried to fight the dispute and say the charge was valid by showing the receipt where I “pre-paid” for their services. Once I provided proof to credit card company that they were a no-show, they sided in my favor and refunded me the amount. Then in December my credit card was charged once again from these people for same amount. Funny thing, credit card company had already figured out, that even though I won the case, because I could prove they didn’t show, they still wanted their $$$ for services “NOT RENDERED” So the credit card company said they will file a separate case and not just on my behalf, but theirs !!!"

"I wanted to like this company, I really did but we have had an experience with them. My wife and I were flying into Orlando from Charlotte after my grandmother's funeral just two days after Christmas and were screwed by American Airlines. We were supposed to fly into Tampa where we live but were severely delayed (5+ hours) and had to change our flight to Orlando. No rental cars were available so we contacted TPA Shuttles after hearing good things from them. My wife booked the shuttle for us both and they asked us if we wanted to pay extra for insurance (like $20/each or something) that would cover in case we were delayed, canceled, etc. and needed to change or cancel the shuttle, as it was explained to us. First, it took 3 tries for them to email us the confirmation as they wrote the email down wrong the first 2 times. We bought the insurance due to the issue we already had with American and good thing, because we got delayed into Orlando again. At this point, American put us back on the Tampa flight and my wife called and canceled the shuttle. The gentleman canceled it without issues for us. We waited a few days, and got no cancellation email and my wife called just inquiring about the refund. The guy that time said it wasn't processed but he just did it and we should get it back in about a week. Okay, no big deal. Fast forward to middle of January and we didn't receive the refund. My wife called back and the guy said "we processed it. If you do not have it, your bank must've taken it and you need to call them." It does not work that way. Once you process a refund, it gets sent to the bank and the bank releases the funds back. Called Citi bank, and of course they said it wasn't refunded. Had to dispute the charge. I understand, as another business owner, that you do not want to give a refund, but also, we paid extra for the insurance to ensure we could be re-booked or refunded in case of another flight delay/cancellation and it was expected to receive such refund due to this."

"Going from Orlando to Tampa. Terrible service. It was supposed to be pickup at 430. After multiple attempts to call customer service and getting hung up on, then them telling me two different names and car descriptions, a car finally showed up at 5:15.... Booked to a different customer!! Then this driver is crazy with road rage and going 70 then hitting the brakes and swerving in the far left lane on I4. Do not use!!"

"If you’re looking for excellent transportation service look no further. TPA gave me perfect service close to that of Jason Statham in all three of his films. Ask for honest Abe and there’s no chance you’ll have a single thing to complain about. Great company"

"The airport travel service desk, recommend this company and when I called, they were able to get me on the next available transit. The driver was very polite and respected that I was on a company call at the time so he didn’t talk much. I take a lot of company calls, especially while traveling, and most of the time the drivers aren’t too professional in this manner. I would very much recommend TPA shuttles if you want a very professional and courteous company to travel with."
