"I have a child and I'm on the side of the road broke down and this guy from this company pulls up and I ask him if he could give me a jump off and he said it was going to be 30 dollars are you serious I have a kid and I'm sitting here and this guy just pulls up I didn't call him he was already here and said that it would be 30 dollars for a jump off that's crazy. So here I still sit because that guy wanted to be a prick. And charge me 30 dollars for a jump and he was already here I could understand if I called him out here but he was alrwad"

They tell you to be by the phone I don't know why they say that. Because they don't call or show up. Seriously bad management"

"I place a call for a cab 2hrs ago! called back a hr in and they said I was next in line. called back almost a hour later. then they claimed they tried contacting me 3 times and I didn't respond. I never once received a text message or a call, and the initial man I spoke to was insanely rude. if I could rate them 0 stars I would!!! This isn't even the first time the company's done it. the last time I used them they canceled my ride with me in the cab. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!"
