They barely answer tbh. But the few times they did, I spoke with a lady who was very helpful and informative about the process. Thank you."

They never got upset or frustrated with me and did everything in their power to assist me in obtaining the documents I needed. The place is packed and they were committed to assisting everyone and did not turn away one person, if they did not have the stuff they needed they helped them to know exactly what was needed. Ms. Wilson from the beginning was thorough in explaining and understanding what the issue was and was very helpful and did whatever she could to get the ball rolling! "After reading the reviews about this location here I was very skeptical about coming here also was calling and didn’t get any answer however one day I got a young lady by the name of Monique she was very helpful and respectful and answered my questions promptly etc. Now when I visited in person it was a whole different experience from reading the reviews there’s a saying said experience teaches wisdom Miss Angela Traill took my documents she was very patient with me she took her time and walked me through what I need to do and how to do she was extremely patient and helpful nice lady with a beautiful approach as well and as I said every one experienced can be different mine was great . "The office was quite filled when we arrived but the welcoming staff that greeted us at the door was relieving. A young lady continually assisted people as they waited and what we thought was going to be a day affair turned out to be not that bad at all. I was able to successfully apply for my citizenship.
