I am a total beginner and they helped me out. They treated me as if I had bought my bike there, even though I had brought them a used bike. "Hello so I came in earlier today and brought my bike frame to see if they can remove my bottom bracket nut that was stuck on and the people attend me but there intention was to sell me a bike at all cost when really I just wanted to fix my bike that was more affordable and one of them gave me a other frame but dont woke out for me but I just to show u if u put ur mind to it u can fix a old bike for some one at the end of the day me and my brother finally removed the nut I have pic to prove it"

"When in search for a quality LBS and you're in the Hialeah area look no further, HG Bike Shop is where you need to take your precious investment of enjoyment! Their staff is knowledgeable on all things cycling, from Road to MTB'ing and so-forth. I've brought all 3 of my bikes (My daughter's, wife's and mine) to this shop and always welcoming me with open arms even with all of my crazy antics and ideas to add to my bikes. The cost is extremely reasonable... everytime I would bring in one of my bikes I would be in sock at how well priced everything is, especially in the extent I've required for my bikes. Pay no regard to one (or some) of the reviews issuing about language barrier/etc... what do you expect a shop in Hialeah/Hialeah Gardens, spanish speaking is paramount there so if you're calling to inquiry about technical service keep in mind that the people who work there may not all speak english nor understand what the translation to your part in question may be. Try to be more understanding and patient or just bring in your bike so they can point things out if there is such a huge barrier in language. Where you want to go is a shop where they treat every tool of choice (bikes) as their own, with care and love as you would to your own bike. 100%+ recommended!"
