"Hello I bought a dressage ring from you as a Christmas gift for my wife.We are very disappointed in your lack of customer service.The ring is useless as it can not stand on its own.You sold me the ring with missing parts and no stakes to prevent it from blowing over.We have called and texted you about this problem.I handed you over $2000.00 in cash and the arena is useless.Margarets last call to you was 7 days ago and still no stakes to hold arena in place.Either provide what you promised or I want my cash back.If the stakes dont arrive in the next 3 days I will drive to your location to discuss this matter in person.This is bullshit"
