"Subs are good, my usual (jjblt) always hits! You HAVE to get the pickle with their ranch — even though they forget my pickle sometimes but i look past it because the sub is that good. Friendly staff, never have to wait, and super affordable!!"

"Waited almost 10 minutes for my sandwich. After standing in front of the counter waiting for about 5 minutes the guy comes up and asked if I ordered then had to check the computer because he couldn't find the order. There's only two people working so it wasn't like he had to ask many people. There was no one in front of me either, so that's not why I had to wait. Also there was no ice in the machine. *To top it off I just found out they didn't even get my sandwich right..."

"I got home and opened my Totally Tuna sandwich and one half had 2" of bread completely bare. The other half had 3" of lettuce but no tuna, I measured, not exaggerating. I called the store and the manager said they put one scoop and there was nothing he could do except say sorry. They need to spread the meat to cover the whole sandwich because I feel cheated and they don't care about presentation for customer satisfaction."
