"What a joke! Trying to buy something was so difficult because they want you to provide so much information. But that’s only the beginning. I went ahead and made a purchase because their advertising is very attractive but you can only take advantage of the deals and discounts by becoming a member which subjects you to an automatic monthly charge that “is easy to cancel by calling or going online “. You cannot cancel online and are forced to call in and here’s the kicker. I tried to cancel the membership right after I made the purchase and was told that doing so would void out the order I just placed as well. Complete waste of time. Wish I would have read reviews before placing order. 3 star rated companies are usually 3 stars for a good reason…"

"The brick and mortar store gets 5 stars. They listened to what I needed, gave me great advice on sizing, and were great with my 2 small children. The product is fantastic. I wear an insulin pump so I bought the leggings specifically for the pocket on the side and I bought short shorts with the pocket to be able to access my pump while wearing a dress. It’s accessible clothing without advertising itself as such. I HATE the online experience. I can understand the membership angle when starting up but at this point it really seems to make a lot of the client base unhappy, myself included. The app is buggy, filters for size that don’t actually filter for size, it crashes or jumps for no reason, and it took 3 different attempts to ship me my items before successfully receiving them. I will probably buy a few more items and then cancel my membership and go to the store from time to time when I want something because it’s just too complicated and negative an experience."

"Bad business practices. I ordered two pair of shorts a month ago after seeing an add on social media. A month later I have not received my shipment. Yesterday, I got a charge for $49.95 for a reoccurring "VIP" club. Apparently, they automatically enroll you with a monthly charge with auto pay. I am not new to ordering online. They definitely hid the fact that it is a monthly fee. When I called to cancel, the representative refunded my fee but asked me to call back at a later time to cancel the membership. This was after being in a queue 15 callers deep."

"I really really love their clothes. They are nice and slimming, squat proof and jeep you tucked in. The biggest complaint I have is with the membership. Why can't I use my member credit on sale items. Seems a little backhanded to me. I've been a member for over a year now and was just not able to combine my credit with the cyber Monday sale items, the sale actually made it less expensive than the application of my credit. I will be canceling now, was a member of their fabkids too, cancel."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Don't ever purchase anything from them! You simply cannot trust people that do business like these people. About two years ago my mom purchased ONE SINGLE pair of leggings at the Boca Town Center mall and the sales rep offered her a discount saying that if she gave them her email she would get a great discount on the legging, or something of that matter... My poor mother never knew what she was getting herself in. We just found out two years later that that sales rep signed my mom up for this company's membership without my mom's authorization - she used my mom's credit card information and they then took almost $900 out of my mom's account through the next 18 months. My mom was NEVER told she was signing up for this. She thought she was only singing up for maybe emails, or a one time discount... never for a membership or agreement!!! Unfortunately we only noticed now that the money was coming out of her account. I just called the company and now we are fighting to have the money refunded back to my mom. Fabletics offered just a partial refund promising us we could call back next month to get the remaining credit. Let's see how this plays out. I would NEVER refer them to anyone. Be aware when you give them ANY of your information."
