"Excellent experience at the shop. I brought in a tire to replace the one I had in the back of my Hemingway and it turned out to be defective. They took the bike right in and replaced it with one of theirs and gave me a big discount in the repair even though it wasn’t their fault!! Very pleased"

"I found this place to be a ripoff. I dropped my bike off for a new back tire, requesting the cheapest one. I returned to pick it up and it cost $83! They charged $40 for the tire, $10 for the tube, and $20 for labor. They also replaced a nut that was supposedly missing and charged $3 for the nut and another $10 for labor. In comparison: I replaced the front tire in May at a shop in Deerfield Beach and they charged me $30 total. If you need small work done DO NOT go to Richwagen's."
