"Update: now that is the most hilarious response I have ever seen. You review average is a 1.7 and every one that tells you the truth about your product or the worse customer service in the history of business are all wrong. But you are 100% right all the time. What a clown you are to waste your time posting a response that is filled with lies and false statements. Your so called model employee has zero customer service skills and I see that instead of possibly thinking that she is a problem you want to believe her and say customers are yelling at her. lol that is really funny. No buddy, pal whoever you are wake up before she causes you to loose more customers and you condoning and enabling her treating customers that way tells me a lot about who you are and now I know why you have such a low rating. Once again everyone beware of this company and their products. They are the worse product and customer service on the market. Save yourself headaches and read the reviews all of us can’t be wrong but this clown responding would want you to believe that. Byers beware. This company is scanning people left and right. Read the reviews which I wished I had prior to getting sucked in into their deception. Bought a shaft against my better judgement. They sent me a code for 40% off any shaft. Code didn’t work. Emailed them and Melanie stated sorry it is only for an additional driver shaft. Lol. How crazy is that comment who would buy 2 without even seeing if 1 works. Tried to but the matching 3 wood shaft. They then send me a 10% discount code. Fast forward to today and get a call from Sandra who might just be the rudest person in customer service. Telling me “yeah customers have a hard time with the website. “ that’s your excuse ? Copying a code is not very difficult and little can go wrong unless you are deceptive as you were with advertising a discount that isn’t valid. I believe that is regulated under the FCC for false advertising. She then tells me that she can give me the 40% off but at this time luckily I read the reviews and declined her offer. She then told me “sorry we can’t be perfect all the time”!I told her it was about being perfect it’s about be honest. Again read the reviews. They have less than a 2 star rating for a reason and many of the reviews stated they would give them 0 stars if it was an option. Avoid avoid avoid. You have been warned. Save yourself the headache of dealing with these deceptive and dishonest people. You will thank me later."

"Late with lady shaft and they said they were waiting for adaptors. Then a couple of weeks later they had no lady shaft and wanted to replace with senior. I said give me refund and still waiting for refund."

"I’ve had one of the Jupiter 1+ shafts for about a month. The head I use is the Cobra Volition model. It came with a Hazardous shaft that I had no issues with. I have had absolutely no negative issues with the Jupiter shaft, it’s very accurate and I can swing with confidence."

"I bought the shaft to try it. Received it in a week. Put it on my M4 driver and couldn’t hit a straight drive. I normally have a slight fade. This thing was slicing uncontrollably. Returned it the next day and they received it on 20 May. Several emails and calls to Jupiter and still no refund after almost 2 months. What a scam! Try anyone else but this company!"

"I bought a 3w shaft. It took about 10 days to deliver ( which I believe to below standard ecommerce practices). I tested in on a simulator and it was no different from the original shaft. I returned it the next day in the same package. Cost me $45 to return for a $100 item. I have the tracking number and it confirmed delivery. It’s 6 weeks now with no refund. Customer service responds with “ I will forward your inquiry to office”. Horrible ecommerce experience. I wish I read the reviews before I bought."
