"I am very disappointed. I ordered parts for my Ruger LCP, having been drawn in by excellent prices. I got an email stating that my order had arrived, via the USPS. I checked my mailbox, and had not received delivery. I have an Informed Delivery account through the USPS, so I checked whether this delivery was listed. It was not. So M*Carbo sent me an email stating I received this product, and the US Postal Service says I did not. I reached out repeatedly, and have not received a reply. Looks like a great product, if they will send it to you!"

"This place is the truth. Installed their trigger on my P10c. AN amazing upgrade. Going to install on my P10f as well. A couple of guys at my local gun range/shop said they like it better than the Cajun Gun Works Trigger. Let that sink in."

"Aright. I don’t leave reviews usually unless I have a horrific experience. And even then I rarely take the time. My wife handles all that stuff. However, anywhere you look online MCarbo is there for sub 2ks and the like, so the countless videos showcasing their stuff was enough to get me to purchase quality wise. But let’s talk customer service. That’s what led me to leave this review. I dumbly enough ordered a bunch of stuff right before the holidays, twice. Glitched so I ran payment again. I sent a follow up email because it was bugging me that it happened and didn’t want double orders and waited till after holidays to hear back. Assuming they were flooded with orders from all that Xmas money everyone got I tried calling and left them a message. When the rep called me back they couldn’t find my glitched order in the system which explains the lack of confirmation emails etc. and instead of shooing me away to the website to reorder, they took my order right there and then. A couple days go by and because god made me special and left handed, they were out of left handed mount pins. As result they called me back again to let me know my order was going to take couple extra days and why. I don’t even have my order yet and that there made me a customer for life. Highly recommend."

"Good customer service. I didn't have any issues like some others have. I placed a decent sized order from them on Black Friday. When I received the package it was missing one of the parts I ordered. I sent an email to let them know and I got an email back with a tracking number for the part that was missing. The response time was a bit slow, but it's holiday rush and they even sent out an email explaining they were behind a little. Overall I'm happy with my purchase from them."
