Keisha at window 3, with the bright red braids tried to give me the run around just because she didn’t know what she was doing and is too lazy to actually do any research. I don’t know what the training is like for this dmv but yall need to do better!"

From the ease of obtaining an appointment online to the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. First and foremost, securing an appointment was a breeze. The online system provided a seamless way to choose a convenient time slot, eliminating the need for long waiting lines. This convenience alone made my visit to the DMV much more manageable and stress-free. Upon arriving at the office, I was able to checked in through the link sent to my email. The officer patiently answer all of my questions and he also provided me with a comprehensive overview of the various options available to me. I greatly appreciated his willingness to discuss the pros and cons of each choice, allowing me to make an informed decision. Despite having scheduled an appointment for my driver's license, the officer also facilitated the title and tag transfer for my vehicle during the same visit. This level of multitasking and streamlined service is commendable and saved me valuable time and effort. While the overall experience was exceptional, I do acknowledge that the waiting time was slightly longer than expected, even with the appointment token. My wait exceeded 30 minutes, but considering the efficient service I received once I was called, this minor inconvenience is acceptabe to me. In conclusion, I want to extend my sincere appreciation to the office management and especially to Scott Randolph for their exceptional effort in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly DMV office. The ease of obtaining appointments, the professionalism of the staff, and the seamless integration of various services are a testament to their commitment to excellent service. I highly recommend the DMV Orlando Tax Collector's office to anyone in need of their services."
