"Excellent place to interview for your Global Entry credentials. The officer was courteous, funny and fast. Easy to get to from the short term parking. The sign is not visible until you are almost on top of it. Follow the red marks on my photos. Don’t forget your passport and DL. Your photo and finger prints will be taken."

"Waited more than an hour after being a few minutes late trying to find the office. Called ahead trying to get directions and went straight to voicemail. Not only that but there is no way to check in at all you just sit outside with no idea of when you will be called."

"Sanford Airport easy to find. Convenient easy parking. Office well located. On Friday June 16th the two officers on duty were the nicest, friendliest guys you could meet. They were efficient, flexible and the whole process was completed within 15 minutes. Would fully recommend this location."

"The Global Entry enrollment center is conveniently located 2 to 3 minutes’ walk from the short term parking lot ( parking is $2 each 20 minutes) … just follow the sidewalk until you see the sign. As others have mentioned they do not accept walk-ins but last-minute appointments pop up frequently so just keep checking multiple times per day. I was able to schedule 4 appointments for our family all just 1 to 3 days after conditional approval. When we arrived for the first appointment, there were about 5 people waiting outside but the wait ended up being just a few minutes. After we mentioned that we had additional appointments for the other family members coming up the very friendly and helpful officer just took care of all our appointments at once so we didn’t have to go there multiple times. The appointment itself was quick … everybody’s picture was taken, fingerprints and some explanation on how the system works and we were on our way home. About an hour later we received 3 emails that we were fully approved, except our youngest child (6 years old) for which they had to get a fingerprint waiver due to her age. The officer personally followed up on that via text message to let us know they were working on the waiver and he texted us again to let us know when it was approved the next day. Awesome service and awesome people working in this office!!!"

"Had a recent Global Entry interview here. Was able to find a last-minute spot the day before. Easy short term parking (first 15 min free). The interview office is not hard to find. I had a pleasant interview with one of the officers, the whole process took less than 10 minutes. The approval was received 1 hour after I left. All in all a smooth process."
