"Absolutely ridiculous water company. When I try to use my routing number for my checking account, their systems tells me it's invalid. It is not. I have called to report this numerous times, and it still isn't fixed 6 months later. Because I can't use my checking account for ACH transactions, they charge a $2.25 convenience fee for use of credit card. Their answer is to "send a check via mail." I do in a very timely manner, and I am hit with late fees. You can't win with this company. Better luck to the other residents of FL having to deal with this monopoly."

"The company wants to make extra revenue by notifying the homeowner by mail late that the payment is due in Philadelphia in a few days. They know the payment can not get to Philadelphia in a few days so they can charge a late fee. Is this honest!!! I was on auto pay for a few months but I do not trust Sunshine. Never had issues with Sanlando Unilities."

"Sent me an aggressive letter out of nowhere demanding a year of back charges for a service I had no idea I was being provided with. I sincerely feel bad for customer service staff having to deal with the incompetent leadership over there. Pretty bogus you can back charge me for your incompetence of not billing right."

"If I can give a negative review I would. I have been living in my home going on 4 years now never once received a bill Or notice from this company stating the service my waste water till now . I dont understand how they can service something without me ever setting an account up and now they want to back charge me. Their reasoning was that civid was going on and they couldn’t send any letters out . During civid I still received every household bill monthly . It’s going on 2024 and I just now received a letter from this company! Super unprofessional and unorganized worse experience ever !"
