"Since I bought my bike from the Trek store in Clearwater a year ago, I have been going there for all of my maintenance and most of my equipment needs. They are great to work with, and they truly care about people. One anecdote to describe the kind of people there-- While I was there one day, a homeless man came into the store and said someone had stolen his bike. The manager, Noah, asked someone to check in the back to see if they had still had a particular bike. The other employee came back with a used but still very rideable bike, did a quick safety check, pumped up the tires, and gave the man the bike. No questions, no judgements. That is the kind of place that deserves my business."

"I’ve been a Trek customer for several years. I love the company, their history, what they stand for, and their products. I’ve spent more $$ than I would ever admit on Trek, but there is one thing that keeps me coming back to continue investing in Trek and especially supporting the local stores. its not their amazing products quality, nor is the generous warranty on them, or even how amazing the bikes look. There is one very special thing that keeps me coming back to the local Trek stores. See, for some extremely lucky people, (myself included) once in a lifetime you will come across someone, an individual who’s work ethic and world class customer service creates an everlasting impression in your mind. I have shopped at every single Trek store from Spring Hills to Clear Water, and I have yet to find someone as genuinely passionate about helping the customers as Mr. Adam Cordell (currently located at the Clear Water store). I recently drove almost 2 hrs to go to the Clear Water store because a closer Trek store WOULD NOT accommodate a simple 20 minutes job for a long term customer (myself) who had a need and was up against a deadline… Brand loyalty will only take you so far, nice looking and high performing bikes will only take you so far. But when you encounter a person like Adam whom has for so many years come though time and time again… That’s what keep me coming back to support the local Trek stores. The appreciation, respect, and friendly service that one Trek employee has demonstrated over the years is the only reason I’ve not taken my money somewhere else… Mr. Adam is a leader, an influencer, an example for the rest of the store employees to follow. And I believe whatever store he is in, immediately becomes a better store because of the values and work ethic he brings. Thank you Trek for continuing to build amazing bikes! "Link was the best sales associate I have ever dealt with. He was fun and patient and made shopping for a bike (which sometimes can be daunting) a joy. We were new to the e-bike world and he made our first shopping experience a joy. I had to return my bike (for no fault of the store or bike) and they took that bike back no questions asked.
