"I am currently being held responsible for damage to a boat that was in bad condition from the moment I stepped in it. A gate held with zip ties, the cup holders in the floor, the door under the helm broken, and as I left the dock, the steering didn’t work, the deck hand ran into my boat to help and now I am responsible for the $500 deductible for a repair I didn’t cause I was cancelled to use a boat on Monday, it’s Thursday and I’m still waiting for a call from management. They claim they are helping other members. I can’t wait till May to cancel my membership and move on to a club where members are valued. Never got a call or an invoice an explanation for not being able to use my privileges as a member for about a week, I asked for credit for those days and they refused Worst experience ever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLUB"
"I've been a member for 5 years. In that time, I paid fees through covid for months when we couldn't even use the service. After my loyalty to this company, they have changed terms, and they no longer honor the account holds they sell you on. I used holds for the first 3 years, and I've had no issues. I have a business overseas and need holds when I'm gone for 3 months nearly every year. This year, I'm told no. Read VJ review below. I'm not the only member they have done this with. Buyers beware. In my 5 years, they have changed terms, increased prices, removed insurance from the membership and made it a separate cost, and even closed my closest location. They also sold us that they only provide new boats that had to be cycled out of use after 2 years. That was an outright lie. The longer I've been a member, the worse the condition of the boats has gotten. All of these changes have saved them money, increased profits for them, and made the club worse for members. I haven't seen a single change that was positive for the members. They are not interested in the client experience or happiness. This was once a decent club that was worth the membership fee. Injoined when there was only 3 locations. In my opinion, they have grown too large and expanded beyond the point of caring about members. Today, I've been trying to reach what they call member support, and I've got nothing but automated call lines and voice-mail boxes. The staff is unhelpful and borderline rude. This has become a cut rate bargain boat club, so expect that level of service and care. You will see in all these reviews that they tell the reviewer to reach out to support with their concerns. What you dont see is anyone coming back and updating their review with a solution that they provided. Thats because they dont care to resolve anything. I would highly recommend looking at other more established boat clubs that have respect and appreciation for their patrons. Don't waste your time or money."
"We have been members with JetRide for 2 years and couldn't be more satisfied with this boat club! The attendants are courteous, the email/text system is flawless and so easy, the policies are reasonable and fair, the reservation system works beautifully, a vessel was almost always available, and their replies to any questions or concerns were prompt, courteous, and positive. We have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our membership and will not hesitate to recommend this boat club to anyone!!! JetRide has been GREAT!"
"I gave 5 star reviews to their other locations. Not this one. I do enjoy being a member of this boat club. But anytime I get a boat from this location I’m greeted with the rudest staff. Always some weird problem with the kids, too much sand, makes sure they don’t do this or that… (it was sand from their feet!). It’s just weird. Told I better be back before the rain “because just like you don’t want to be working in the rain, neither do we”. Came a half hour before the time limit and was told they like to get off on time. I have NEVER had this experience at any other dock with Jetride. I hate to complain but I’m tired of it. I hope it gets fixed. This harbor side crew acts like they are doing you a favor instead of serving you. That’s not how business works…"
"I have to say that I really enjoy JetRide for so many reasons. It’s so easy to make a reservation, show up, board your boat, enjoy the day, then return to the dock to tie up and head home. The dock crew are great at assisting you with what ever your needs are. But I would really love to single out one person. Raven is hands down one of the most helpful and friendly customer service agents I have ever come across. She has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions, and she is just a pleasure to deal with. She deserves praise and a promotion. I hope everyone else gets the opportunity to work with her.
