"Hello. My name is Burt and I am a lifelong lifter, fitness enthusiast and NCSF-CPT. I have passed by the Pinecrest store many times and finally had an opportunity to go into the store. My first impression was WOW! Everything just jumped out at me, free weights, racks, machines, cardio equipment and accessories. They even had a trap bar mixed in with the rest of the equipment! I was immidiately greeted by Al, and we struck up a very pleasant conversation. I have in my home a fully equipped weight training gym, but am always looking for hard to find accessories. My time was limited since we were meeting friends for lunch. Al explained to me before I left about all of the other equipment business connections they have online for customers to view, since space limitations within the store make it impossible to display it all. But truthfully, if you cannot find what you are looking for onsite, the options online are nearly unlimited! Many different manafacturers producing everything a home or commercial gym could need! You could easily spend hours just browsing! For sure, I will be going back to the Pinecrest store very soon. Perhaps even buy the trap bar!"

"My wife is looking for a treadmill and I called up Al to discuss options. Instead of the high pressure sales pitch that I was expecting, Al took the time to explain how we should choose the treadmill to best accommodate her needs. He spent 45 mins on the phone with us!! Ive never seen customer service this outstanding- we came to the idea of trying out a few at our local gym and decide which to roll with in 3 months. I’ll definitely be visiting Al back in 3 months.
