"Great customer service, and competitive prices, they fixed my son’s bike quickly and did a great job. The work was completed when promised."
"Bicycles Depot is benefit to the local bike community. If there are any problems with your bicycle, I confidently recommend you to come here to get it resolved by their amiable and professional employees. My experience with them today inspired me to write this review. Earlier, I went in to buy some lubricant for bicycle shocks, the bike I'm riding makes a bewildering squeaking sound when I ride. It drives me crazy and I couldn't figure out what was the issue. But I had a clue, and a place to go. I showed the shop attendant my issue and she pointed out any future problems the bike might have, based on how it looked at the moment. We walked to the garage area and, without letting me pay for it, they applied their own lubricant to the bike shocks. Without hesitation, they solved this issue that had been driving me up a tree! It took just a minute, and they were kind enough to squeeze me in on the spot. I felt bad getting something for nothing, so I bought some miscellaneous items, which, if you are able to, it's the fair thing to do. They're a local business that supports the community, and we should give that support back when we can. When I'd paid, the shop attendant told me not to leave yet. They turned around to the work bench, and began wrapping up an item in plastic. Not to be outdone, in good faith, the shop attendant gave me a free bottle of lubricant, since they did not sell for retail the version I needed, which they nevertheless had in their workshop. So, if that's not a sign that Bicycles Depot is a bike shop where customers get more than what they paid for, then I don't know what is. If you're still reading this review, I hesitate to communicate the wrong message to future visitors. This is nothing more than an expression of my gratitude and a show of my support for such a positive business, so that it may more paying customers, and, in turn, continue giving back to the community. But, please, don't get the wrong idea. We can't read a glowing review, and then go there and feel entitled to five-star service for free, without first contributing in good faith. Also, depending on the level of work required for the bike problem you have, and how busy the shop is that day/week, they might not always be able to drop everything to help a customer out immediately. That's a surefire way to go out of business. That's just to say: Let's celebrate and reward the positive, mom-n-pop shops in our community. In conclusion, if you have any bike related issues, or you want to purchase a new/used bike, or if you just want some advice, expect to be treated very well at this Bicycles Depot."
"I experienced great customer service and advice I recommended this shop for beginners and pros alike."
"Excellent experience very nice couple, got my tires changed and bought a side mirror. Reasonably priced and quick service. I will definitely use their services in the future. Call the phone number at the door once there. The door bell sometimes doesn't work."
"I did the mistake of taking my Trek Fuel Ex 7 to them. Not only did them sell me horrible tires with Inner tubes, “serviced” my brakes and suspension. I go to find out from Cycleworld 8476 SW 40th St, Miami, FL 33155. They did none of that. Cycleworld understood my frustration and Installed REAL tubes less impenetrable tires. Cleaned my break oil which I saw with my own eyes, it was the original break oil from 2017. They also filled up my rear suspension with the proper amount of air, upgraded my grips, and my favorite part... Everything was less than $250 and in one week! Oh and they called to let you know, not try to sell your bike like these crooks would."
