"This Lids store has a new manager and he is awesome! Anthony took the time to work with us on custom designs using our own art. He explained the process of having our art digitized by headquarters and then called us as soon as it was available. Anthony then spent a great deal of time helping us refine the designs and printing a special hat that included both designs. He helped us set up a CCP order so that we could get a large number of hats for our group and made sure they were ready before our deadline. Lastly, Anthony checked and tweaked each hat once the order arrived at his store, so that when I picked up the hats, they were exactly what we wanted. Every employee I spoke to in person or by phone was pleasant and helpful. You don't see this level of customer service very often anymore. Thank you, Anthony and Lids Dadeland!"
