"I came to this place as my VA glasses frame was broken beyond repair. Both Beatrice & Nancy were very pleasant, professional and I was able to get a replacement frame & an appointment for a full eye exam."

"Very disappointed with this place, I don't like to give these types of reviews. However this place needs to have a better trained staff, I made a appointment for my 81 year old mom week or 2 out give or take. The person who answered the phone asked me what my mom insurance was they even asked for her group number and member number and I was told she was good to go. We get to location and after checking her in they young person at the desk says they don't take her insurance. I explained to them that I called gave them the insurance information and the type of insurance it was and I was told she was good. Then she expressed that they only go by the name of insurance company and they don't check it at time you make appointment. I asked why they ask for the insurance group and id and not check and say she was good? She said they don't do it I have never heard of a company not check the insurance prior to visit especially for the older people. What mad it worse is that she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience and it was raining, I was a little frustrated I even said have a good day and both employees ignored me didn't even apologize to my mom. Someone needs to retrain and learn people skills. To top it off they are giving out little Bible's (which is great) but not acting loving gives a sense of double standard."

"This morning one of the nose pads on a pair of my glasses that I had gotten several years ago at Sunhill fell off. I took the glasses to Sunhill and had both pads replaced at no cost. The gal who did it was cheerful and pleasant, and speedy. Thanks! There's a reason why I've used Sunhill Optical for over 20 years."

"I have been waiting 6 weeks for my glasses!!! After 2 weeks whenever I called I was told to check back the following week. At week #4 I was told the lenses didn't pass inspection and would be sent to a different lab to expedite my order. Its now week 6 and I still don't have my glasses nor did I get a call back to ascertain when they would be ready. I didn't want to give it one star but to do so was the only way I could Post this review. At this time I'm considering calling BBB to assist in getting my money and old glasses back."
