I can't say anything about the real immigration officer, because I hadn't the opportunity to talk with someone professional. other uscis offices works fine."

"All the security officers were really rude. They did not care about the people or their cuestions, they dont even let you finish a sentence when they ask you to wait outside. Once you get in, the others inmigration officers gives good service and attention in general."
