"To Kyle and Cassandra, what can I say that hasn't already been said about your customer care and willingness to go above and beyond your normal scope of work to work with me. To whomever is reading this, congrats, you've found the best gun store in Tampa. I brought in my G43x with which I have had a long standing issue regarding light primer strikes. Cassandra hooked it up the first time I came in. She took the time to get me the correct part, and was more knowledgeable than I could ever hope to be concerning my pistol. I have full confidence she wouldve fixed my issue a week ago had i brought my pistol with me. Kudos, bravo, etc. The second time (today) I came in as my problem was of greater scope than initially identified and Kyle was able to solve it. I have been to multiple shops, spoken to multiple people, spent countless dollaradoos trying to fix the issue, and Kyle was able to get it done in one go.. Wham, bam, thank you Sir. I have never been to a gun shop that didn't try and charge you just to pop the slide off and do some basic troubleshooting. This shop straight up refused my money and requested in return an honest review. Well here I am. To summarize my experience, they are A+. They took time out of their day to work with me, educate and impart their knowledge, and just overall went above and beyond what anyone could ask from a gun store. If you're going elsewhere for service, don't. If you're going elsewhere for parts/ guns/ ammo, don't. Otherwise you're wasting time and money that would be better spent training at the range. This is my new home shop and I am more than willing to praise their ethics, and service to anyone willing to listen. So in the end, to Cassandra and Kyle I have to say thank you, Grazie, gracias, Danke."
