"Would leave a zero, if I could..I had to fire him because I was concerned that he would create a bad pool problem from his incompetence and ignorance.The filter wasn't cleaned for over a month causing the sprayers to become blocked. I am very knowledgeable about my pool and he made excuses that I knew were lies. After he did finally clean the filter, he left the faucet running, as well as. dirty, muddy footprints all over the deck and sidewalk. He threw leaves from the pool in my yard, so I had to get a trash can for him. He doesn't have a cell phone and sometimes it took days to get a response. I had paid him in cash $100.00 the first of the month and upon cancellation, requested a refund. No refund, because he said he had already used all of the chemicals for the month in two weeks. He was very disrespectful of my property and pool."
